Abstract:
The Lithuanian Women’s Lobby (LMLO) is made up of NGOs in Lithuania working on promoting gender equality, combating violence against women, promoting women’s entrepreneurship and public education. Educate and inform the public on issues of gender equality, form gender policy and promote its development in Lithuania. Its aim is to educate and inform society about gender equality issues, gender policy and promote the development of women’s rights in Lithuania. The mission is to promote the active involvement of women’s NGOs into the preparation processes of policies and legislation with regard to gender equality and decision-making in Lithuania and Europe.
