Abstract:
The main objectives of the program focus on providing women with the opportunity to learn about various legal professions "first hand" - directly from women who practice these professions with passion and success, activists and social activists, who are recognized in the local environment. The main target groups of are girls and women. This initiative is important for equality in leadership and capacity building of women in leadership roles and decision-making positions. The program aims to provide future lawyers with professional and kind female support in self-development and choosing a professional path.
