Abstract:
Future Females Prague has launched a strategic partnership with the University of New York in Prague (UNYP) to empower female entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic. As the local branch of the global organization Future Females, the Prague chapter focuses on educating and supporting women in building and leading successful businesses. This new collaboration with UNYP aims to provide aspiring and current female entrepreneurs with the resources, knowledge, and mentorship necessary to develop and scale their businesses. With the growing number of female entrepreneurs and female-led small businesses in the Czech Republic, this partnership comes at a crucial time. Future Females Prague and UNYP will work together to promote business development strategies in key sectors, including technology, IT, sustainability, leadership equality, and consulting. The collaboration will provide a platform for women to gain insights into emerging industries, develop innovative business ideas, and access the support networks they need to succeed. Key objectives of the partnership include: Offering entrepreneurial education through workshops, seminars, and networking events. Promoting female leadership in traditionally male-dominated industries like tech and IT. Encouraging women to explore sustainable business practices and integrate sustainability into their entrepreneurial ventures. Providing mentorship opportunities with successful business leaders to guide female entrepreneurs in their professional growth. Through this partnership, Future Females Prague and UNYP will create a space for knowledge exchange, peer collaboration, and professional development, helping to shape a new generation of women who are empowered to pursue entrepreneurship. By focusing on innovation, leadership, and sustainability, this initiative aims to enhance the Czech entrepreneurial ecosystem, encouraging women to take on leadership roles and contribute to the country's economic growth. The partnership between Future Females Prague and UNYP is a significant step toward fostering gender equality in business and supporting women who want to make their mark in the entrepreneurial world.
