    The aim of the project is to give visibility to women managers with high potential, qualified and trained to fill positions at the highest level in companies and organisations (including positions in management committees and boards of directors), as well as promoting and reinforcing support networks. This network aims to create a repository of highly qualified women that can be selected by headhunters and companies to cover management positions, management committees and boards of directors administration. For that, they did several activities like: - The creation of a linkdIn page https://www.linkedin.com/company/mujer-talento-y-liderazgo/ and an account twitter (@talentoyliderazg) - The creation of a closed group (https://www.linkedin.com/groups/12124309) to which all the managers who have participated in leadership and professional development projects of women promoted by the Institute for Women and the Equality of Opportunities, such as the Promociona Project and the Talentia 360 Project.
