  • Abstract:

This good practice has the mission of investigating strategies that facilitate the integration of women in business organizations. In fact, it is recognized being the first Chair in Europe to study women's leadership, it aims to decisively influence business thought and culture through a humanist paradigm that discovers and underlines the complementarity between women and men and their synergies in business management. It aims: - To better understand the professional and personal trajectories of women at different organizational levels. - Humanize the company through research and the influence that women managers have in the organization. - Facilitate and promote the professional development of managers through support and training networks, so that they discover their differential identity, complementary to that of the manager. - Help managers understand their complementary role to that of female managers and the positive impact that both have on the company and on society. - Contribute to the professional and human training of women managers, so that they can be agents of change while being aware of their possible differential contribution. - Look for ways to change the corporate culture so that women are not forced to give up the personal or professional sphere. - Promote a more flexible and humane society in its schedules, structures and policies, so as to facilitate the reconciliation of work, family and personal life of citizens.
