Abstract:

Aims to take the information about the companies to improve changes in the future, like the elaboration of a new good practice guide. This initiative participates in both the economic, political and social spheres, since conciliation is one of the greatest impediments for women when it comes to having a position of responsibility and combining their personal and work lives. The objectives of this proposal are: • To compile current and innovative measures from companies in the DIE Network. • To update and expand the information in the good practice guide on the same topic published in 2016. • To establish a comparative analysis of conciliation and co-responsibility measures, where appropriate, with gender perspective, implemented in companies before and after the health emergency due to the COVID-19.
