  • Abstract:

KERING Group one of the most feminized companies in the CAC 40 - The Kering Board of Directors is now composed of 14 members and includes 6 women Historically committed to equality between women and men, Kering places diversity, inclusion and parity at all levels of the organization at the heart of its culture and its action. The Group is particularly committed to gender equality and to the development of talented women in all its entities and at all levels of the organization. This is why the Group has put in place concrete measures such as mentoring programs to promote women's access to positions of responsibility by sharing experience. Kering is also proud to participate in the international female leadership program EVE. While diversity is approached by Kering in all its plurality, particular emphasis is placed on professional equality - in 2010, the Group launched an internal program to make progress in this area and also became one of the first signatories in France of the Women's Empowerment Principles Charter, drawn up by UN Women and the United Nations Global Compact. This charter provides guidelines to promote the presence and advancement of women in the company and, more generally, in society. In this context and to promote the achievement of true parity, Kering and its Italian Houses conducted a study in 2019. The study identified four priority areas of work, namely career management and leadership. The target group is Women at KERING. One of the main outputs are mentoring programs to promote women's access to positions of responsibility, as well as the participation in the international female leadership program EVE; envolvement in France on the Women’s Empowerment Principles Charter; aelaboration of a study that identified four priority areas of work namely career management and leadership. At Kering, women represent 56% of managers, 33% of the Executive Committee and 45% of the Board of Directors making the Group one of the most feminized companies in the CAC 40.
