Abstract:
In November 2022, Sodexo received the prize from the National Assembly for the most advanced company in terms of the feminization of management bodies among the 120 largest French companies. In particular, the company applies careful monitoring to recruitment, continually aiming for diversity. The company has 60% women on the Board of Directors, 41% women on the Management Committee, 41% among senior managers. Feminization is in Sodexo's DNA. There is a historical desire in the company to have mixed teams. Sodexo does not want to take up this question in relation to legal constraint. Sodex wants to continue their momentum: equal treatment and balanced recruitment. For a job, Sodex make sure to collect a panel of CVs that represents the population, for diversity in the broad sense. Sodexo carry out concrete actions to give them visibility. Internal mentoring networks allow women to express themselves, discuss their challenges, strengthen their posture The target group is Sodexo women For 2025 SODEX objective is for women to represent at least 40% of staff, 60% of the board of directors, 29% of the management committee, and 43% of senior management
