The topic of equal salary for women and men, and equal opportunities in business, economic independence and equal opportunities in business is particularly important from the perspective of the entire labor market. Aim: The BCC Women project was created with this in mind and to promote the essence of equal opportunities in the economy. Its aim is to encourage employers to implement a transparent compensation system. Target Group: Women in business. The BCC Women project aims to support enterprises in terms of the EU directive and taking into account equality and diversity. This initiative supports equal compensation policies for women in high positions.
