Abstract:
This project seeks to promote the incorporation of women into work environments traditionally masculinized with the aim of achieving equal opportunities in access to the labor market and the breakdown of gender stereotypes. It has different objectives: Promote the employability of rural women in Estella in sectors traditionally masculinized through a professional technical training of quality and practical. With this practical training component women are trained with profesional experience to do the work they are looking for; Contribute to the personal and collective empowerment of women in rural areas; Contribute to social and paradigm change on equality between women and men in the municipality of Estella-Lizarra
