    This is an interdisciplinary network for women leaders, where it focuses on cutting-edge dialogues, new insights, and competent leadership pairings. The purpose it to connect with other women in leadership matching a high level and aspirations for the network, where together they create solid foundations for continuous development – both personally and professionally. The group dives into both the challenges and barriers that women leaders may face in the business world, while looking at the strengths, attributes and competencies of women that can add great value to the female leadership role. This is done through group sessions where everyone has the opportunity to present their thoughts, reflections and ideas and gain valuable sparring and feedback from others who share the same working reality A peer network is vital for new ideas, benchmarks, support, sharing of lessons learned & best practices, encouragement, reflection on how to help the business win and drive results, future-readiness. With the help of the chair, members select and prioritize the topics of interest that peers want to deep-dive into during the five-yearly half-day meetings. Sample topics include: War on Talent, Networking & coaching,Digital Transformation, Change management, Customer Focus, Career Management, Personal development as a woman leader, Personal Branding, Networking and many more. Members of this peer group are women in middle and upper level executive positions who want to increase their influence, improve their impact, achieve better results, and proactively develop their leadership skills.
