This project is destined to women related to the scientific-technological field, it has the aim of promoting the entrepreneurial spirit of women in the scientific-technological field, in addition to the creation of an intervention model that integrates the gender perspective in the knowledge transfer processes and in the process of creating technology-based companies (Spin- off). The main activity is the preparation of a procedures manual, aimed at entrepreneurship support staff in the Research Results Transfer Offices (OTRI) of Universities and Research Centers, which incorporates the gender perspective in all the processes to be followed, from the design of the service, to the evaluation of its quality. In Summary: - The project promotes scientific academic work in the area of women in scientific and technological sectors (social power - giving information and adding value) - Disseminates information specifically for women about the entrepenaurship in scientific and technological sectors, sectors that are very masculinazed (economic power) - Disseminates information for companies about how to promote the presence and participation of women in positions of responsability (economic and social power) - Provides tools to promote women´s empowerment (economic and social power) - Provides studies about the situation of women in entrepeneurship and business in their area (economic and social power) - The content and studies they did are available online, so the programme is accesible to everyone (social power) Innovatia 8.3 provides specific training on gender equality addressed to the technical staff of these Offices, generating a work methodology for the integration of the gender perspective in the support procedures in the creation of Spin-offs, which is being transferred to other Universities and Research Centers in Spain. Innovatia 8.3 is particularly relevant for ProPEGE in its work promoting the presence and participation of women in positions of responsability within companies.
