Abstract:
The labour market forecasts of the Ministry of Economics predict that by 2025 there will be a shortage of around 20 000 IT professionals in Latvia. Currently, only 20% of women work in this sector, as stereotypes prevent women from entering and retraining in this field. This is the conclusion of an expert discussion organised by the Society Integration Foundation.
